2006: Raced in five events for the
Golden Griffins... Posted his career-best time of 26:52 while placing
45th at the Disney Cross Country Classic in Lake Buena Vista, Fla...
Finished in 35th place with a time of 29:22 at the UB Stampede Invite
in Buffalo, N.Y...Posted a time of 27:38 and placed 36th at the MAAC
Championships in Riverdale, N.Y...Was the top finisher for the Griffs at
the East Regional in the Bronx, N.Y. with a time of 36:03.
2005:
Took part in all six events for the Golden Griffins... Posted a
season-best time of 27:54 at the Great American Cross Country Festival,
where he placed 29th overall... Posted a fifth-place finish at the Little
Three Championships with his time of 28:46... Placed 36th at the MAAC
Championships in Riverdale, N.Y., with his time of 27:45.
2004:
Had a strong freshman season, placing a team-best 30th at the MAAC
Championships in Orlando, Fla., with his time of 27:39... Placed 72nd
overall at the National Catholic Championships with his career-best
time of 27:38... His fourth-place finish at the Little Three
Championships was tops on the Canisius men’s squad... Served as one of
the team’s two representatives on the Canisius Student-Athlete Advisory
Committee.
Before Canisius: Won four letters in cross
country and track and field at Canisius High School... Named All-Catholic
in the Monsignor Martin Association in 2001, 2002 and 2003... Was a
four-time honoree in track and field as well.
