2024-25 • SENIOR SEASON
• Placed 14th in the Little Three Championships with a time of 20:09.9 (Sept. 6)
• Ran career-best 5k time of 19:22.4 in the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 19)
• Crossed the line in 22:39.7 in the 2024 MAAC Championships for career-best 6k time (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games in the mile with a time of 5:38.88 (Feb. 15)
• Ran a PR in the 3000-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 10:59.23 (Feb. 23)
2023-24 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed tenth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran a career-best time in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 19:32.22
2022-23 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Took sixth at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, turning in a time of 19:22.4 (Sept. 3)
• Placed 62nd in the National Catholic Invitational, crossing the finish line in 20:01.09 (Sept. 16)
2021-22 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished ninth in her collegiate debut at the Little Three Cross Country Championship, crossing the finish line in 20:21.0 (Sept. 3)
• Aided the women’s 4x800 relay team to a first-place finish at the Houghton Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country/track for two years at Rush-Henrietta High School
• Also a member of the soccer program for one season during her prep career
