2012 • SOPHOMORE YEAR
• Won the Little Three Championship with a time of 15:50, in a career-best 5k (Aug. 31).
• Finished 19th at the National Catholic Championship.
• Set a career-best 10k at the MAAC Championship in 24:53 where he finished ninth (Oct. 27).
• Won the Fr. Laurence O’Neil Invitational (Oct. 13).
• Finished eighth at the Paul Brooks Short Run.
• Finished 57th at the NCAA Northeast Regional, setting a new 10 career-best at 31:37 (Nov. 9). |

2011 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Top-finisher in each of the Griffs' seven races.
• Led the way for the team's sixth-consecutive team title at the Little Three Championship by capturing the individual title with a time of 26:27.
• In his collegiate debut at the Duquesne Duals, led the Griffs to a team finish of second with a time of 26:47 for a seventh-place finish.
• Placed 40th at the National Catholic Championship, running an 8K-personal best of 25:42.
• At the MAAC Championship finished in the top-20 at his first conference title, placing 15th in 26:08. |
