• Ran career-best 5k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic crossing the line in 20:23.7 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 6k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships with a time of 24:23.6 (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time 5:47.04 (Feb. 15)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 21:22.8
