• Ran career-best 5k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic crossing the line in 20:22.5 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 6k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships with a time of 24:24.0 (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 5:41.04 (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 21:44.7
• Ran best 6k time at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:53.7
• Ran best 800 (2:45.38) and mile (5:43.92) at the SPIRE Indoor Games
• Ran best 3000 time at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 11:17.73
