• Competed in the 3000, 1-Mile and 5000-Meter in the Indoor Track Season

• Competed in five of Canisius’ six races.
• Set a 5k career-best 17:50 at the Little Three Invitational (Aug. 31).
• Posted an 8k career-best at the MAAC Championship and finished in 86th place (Oct. 27). |

2011 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Competed in five of the Griffs' seven total races.
• Helped the team capture its sixth-straight title at the Little Three Championship with a seventh-place finish in 27:46.
• Did not compete at the MAAC Championship.
• Ran at the NCAA Northeast Regional, setting a 10K-career best of 35:28.
• Posted an 8K-career best of 27:29 at the National Catholic Championship, finishing 160th. |

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Earned six combined letters on the cross country, and indoor and outdoor track and field at Guilderland.
• As cross country team captain in 2009 and 2010 for coach Jason Burlingame, he was named a Surburan Council All-Star and team MVP... A three-time NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
• Competed as a long-distance runner in track and field for six years under coach Peter Wachtel, earning NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete honors in 2008, 2009, and 2010. |
