2024-25 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships crossing the line in 16:19.0 (Sept. 6)
• Posted season-best 8k time in the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 26:11.7 (Oct. 5)
• Placed eighth in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 4:27.36 (Feb. 15)
• Was part of the men’s 4x400 team that placed 10th at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, running a 3:38.37 (Feb. 23)
2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic finishing in 25:50.1
• Placed tenth in the mile at the Utica Winter Open crossing the line in 4:31.12
• Finished eighth in the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major finishing in 4:23.58
• Ran best mile time at the SPIRE Indoor Games crossing the finish line in 4:22.70
• Was a part of the 4x100 team that finished sixth at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Took 13th place in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, completing the course in 16:23.1 (Sept. 3)
• Claimed second place in the 1,000-meter race at the Utica Winter Opener, finishing with a time of 2:39.62 (Jan. 14)
• Took ninth place in the 800-meter race at the RIT February Friday Invitational, crossing the finish line in 2:03.80 (Feb. 10)
• Helped the 4x400 meter relay finish in fourth place in the UB Alumni Invitational, posting a time of 3:44.29 (April 22)
• Aided the 4x100 (49.89) and 4x400 (3:31.52) meter relays turn in a pair of seventh-place finishes in the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-7)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Posted a fifth-place result in the one-mile run at the Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
• Ran a personal-best 1500 time at the UB Spring Opener, placing sixth with a time of 4:10.70 (April 8)
• Finished fourth in the mile at the Bison Outdoor Classic, crossing the finish line in a career-best 4:27.13 (April 16)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Placed 100th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
• Finished 18th in the 1500 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in his collegiate track debut.
