2022-23 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Finished third in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, completing the course in 15:37.5 (Sept. 3)
• Won the 3,000-meter race at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 8:36.30 (Jan. 14)
• Finished eighth in the 3,00-meter race at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, turning in a time of 8:39.57 (Jan. 27-28)
• Claimed sixth in the 5,000-meter race at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, posting a time of 14:39.35 (Feb. 18-19)
• Set a school record in the 5,000-meter race at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championships, posting a time of 14:13.24 (March 3-5)
• Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter race at the UB Spring Opener, completing the race in 8:32.94 (April 8)
• Finished in fourth place in the 5,000-meter race at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 14:47.50 (May 6-7)
2021-22 • SENIOR SEASON
• Won the individual title at the Little Three Cross Country Championship with a career-best 5k time of 15:40.52 (Sept. 3)
• Earned All-MAAC recognition at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, recording a 13th place finish in the 8k (Oct. 30)
• Claimed first-place in the 3000 at the Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
• Posted a third-place finish in the 3000 at the UB Spring Opener (April 8)
• Established an outdoor school record in the 3000 at the UB Spring Opener, crossing the finish line in 8:31.65 (April 8)
• Recorded a fourth-place result in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 8)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
• Named to the COSIDA District I All-Academic Team
2020-21 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed 30th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
• Registered a career-best time in the 1500 at the UB Mid-Week Invite.
• Recorded a personal-best time in the 5000 at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track Championships.
• Named to the MAAC Cross Country and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams.
2019-20 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Crossed the finish line in 17th place at the Little Three Championships
• Top-10 finish in the 5-mile open race at the National Catholic Championships
• 41st place finish at the Canisius College Alumni Classic with a time of 26:55.4
• Ran a time of 8:49.30 in the 3K race at the SPIRE Midwest Open
• 13th overall finish in the 5000 meter race with a time of 15:30.29 at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invite
• Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2018-19 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished 14th at the Canisius Alumni Classic
• Ran to a 35th place finish at the MAAC Championships, recording a time of 26:30.1
• Placed third at the RIT Tiger Invitational in the 3K with a mark of 9:20.40
