CAREER RESULTS
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Claimed 22nd place in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, crossing the finish line in 21:25.7 (Sept. 3)
• Also competed in the National Catholic Invitational, the Lehigh Paul Short Run, the Canisius
Alumni Classic and the MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Took fifth place in the 1,000-meter race at the RIT February Friday Invitational (Feb. 10)
• Ran a leg of the 4x800-meter relay that placed sixth at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 10:26.66 (Feb. 18-19)
• Helped 4x400-meter relay take fourth place at the UB Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish line with a time of 4:26.31 (April 22)
2021-22 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Recorded a personal-best time of 3:32.79 in the 1000 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational (Jan. 28)
• Posted a career-best mile time of 5:58.44 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Member of the fifth-place 4x400 relay team at the UB Twilight Meet.
• Recorded personal-best times in the 800 and 1500 during her sophomore campaign.
• Named to the MAAC Outdoor Track All-Academic Team.
2019-20 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Recorded a season-best 5K time of 12:17.9 in her collegiate debut at the Little Three Championships
• Set a 6K PR at the Paul Short with a time of 25:54.7
• Capped the indoor season off with PR's in the 800 (2:45.68) and mile (5:59.30) at the RIT Midseason Invite and MAAC Championships, respectively
• Also set a career-best time in the 1000 at the RIT Tiger Invite to open the indoor season

• Ran cross country and track at Corning Painted-Post High School
• Earned four varsity letters in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track
• Three-time Nike Regional qualifier in cross country (2016-2018)
• New Balance National qualifier for track
• Cross country and track team captain (2018-2019)
