2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, finishing in 27:44.5
• Placed eighth in the 800 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the line in 2:06.41
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that finished seventh at the Utica Winter Opener
• Placed tenth in the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major, finishing in 4:44.88
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed eighth at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran in five of the six cross country meets of the fall, taking part in the Little Three, National Catholic Invitational, Lehigh Paul Short Run, Canisius Alumni Classic and MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Claimed sixth place in the mile race at the RIT February Friday Invitational, posting a time of 4:35.05 (Feb. 10)
• Helped the 4x400 meter relay take home eighth place at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 3:44.81 (Feb. 18-19)
• Took sixth place in the mile race at the Bison Outdoor Classic, turning in a time of 4:24.70 (April 14-16)
• Ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth at the UB Alumni Invitational with a time of 3:44.29 (April 22)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:44.95 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19)
• Ran a career-best 1500 time at the UB Spring Opener, crossing the finish line in 4:18.24 (April 8)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country All-Academic Team
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished 18th in the 800 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in his collegiate debut.

• Ran cross country and track at Irondequoit High School for four years
• Earned four varsity letters in cross country and three letters in track
• Two-time All-county selection in cross country
• Captain for cross country and track (2019-20)
