2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 27:57.0
• Ran best 1500 time at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 4:28.07
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Finished in 25th place at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, finishing the race in 17:14.3 (Sept. 3)
• Helped 4x400 meter relay to an eighth-place finish at the RIT February Friday Invitational with a time of 3:56.50 (Feb. 10)
• Placed fourth in the 4x400 meter relay at the UB Alumni Invitational, finishing the race in 3:44.29 (April 22)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Recorded a personal-best time of 27:19.7 in the 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 1)
• Secured 16th place in the 3000 at the Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished 17th in the 3000 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in his collegiate debut.
• Member of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the UB Twilight Meet.

• Ran cross country and track at Brockport High School for coach Michael LaFrance
• Earned four varsity letters in cross country and four letters in track
• 1st-team All-county in cross country
