2021-22 • SENIOR
• Posted a first-place finish at the Little Three Cross Country Championship (Sept. 3)
• Claimed the individual title in the 5k at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a personal-best time of 18:41.5 (Oct. 16)
• Finished in 14th place at the MAAC Cross Country Championships to earn All-MAAC honors (Oct. 30)
• Established an indoor school record in the one-mile run at the MAAC Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 5:05.59 (Feb. 19)
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set an indoor program record of 9:35.98 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Recorded first-place results in the 1500 at the SUNY Geneseo Early Season Invite (April 2) and UB Spring Opener (April 8)
• Earned All-East recognition for her seventh-place finish in the women’s 5000 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships (May 15)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • JUNIOR
• Posted a time of 24:08.70 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships held in the spring.
• Posted a personal-best time of 10:52.38 in the 3000 at the UB Mid-Week Invite.
• Recorded a fifth place finish in the 1500 at the UB Twilight Meet on April 23.
• Registered a career-best mark of 17:59.06 in the 5000-meter at the MAAC Track and Field Championships.
• Named to the MAAC Outdoor Track All-Academic Team.
2019-20 • SOPHOMORE
• Posted a career-best 6K time at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championship with a time of 22:25.1
• Finished 11th overall with a PR of 19:12.4 in the Canisius Alumni Classic 5K
• Set a career-best time of 2:31.63 in the 800 at the RIT Midseason Invite on Feb. 14
• Ran to a personal record time of 11:02.28 in the 3K at the YSU Mid Major Invite
2018-19 • FRESHMAN
• Posted a time of 25:11.8 at the MAAC Championships
• Finished fifth in the 1000 during the RIT Tiger Indoor Track & Field Invitational
• Recorded a time of 11:25.49 during the Bison Outdoor Classic 3K
