2018-2019 • SENIOR YEAR
• Finished 12th at the Canisius Alumni Classic
• Set personal-best times in the 3Kduring the indoor season with a time of 10:50.57
• Won the 3K steeplechase with a time of 11:49.35 at the Dave Labor Invite
• Placed seventh in the 3K steeplechase with a time of 11:16.81 at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships, just one second off her program record

2017-2018 • JUNIOR YEAR
• Took ninth place in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships
• Finished first at the UB Track & Field Invite in the steeplechase with a time of 11:50.04
• Finished eighth in the Canisius Alumni Classic 

2016-2017 • SOPHOMORE YEAR
• Placed in the top 20 at the Little Three Championships (5K)
• Finished 5^th   at the RIT Tiger Invitational (Indoor, Mile) with a time of 5:41.43
• Placed first in the Buffalo Track & Field Invite (Outdoor, 3000S) with a time of 11:25.34

2015-2016 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Posted a time of 21:05.0 in the Little Three Meet placing 25^th
• Finished 25^th at the Bison Outdoor Classic (3000) with a time of 11:20.45

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Three-year letter winner at Notre Dame Batavia High School.
• Broke four course records his senior season: Genesee Country Park, Pembroke Invitational, Dansville Central and Avon Central.
• Set a school-record and personal-best 14:55 5k at the McQuaid Invitational.
• Two-time New York State Champion and Section V Champion.
• First Team All-Section V as a senior.
• Finished 11th at the Nike Cross Northeast Regional.
