Biography

2008
• Played in 40 games and made 38 starts.
• Served as the team’s primary catcher.
• Hit a career-best .257 (29-for-113) with seven doubles, a triple and eight runs batted in.
• Had eight multi-hit games.
• Had a career-best three hits in a win at Bethune-Cookman March 26.
• Recorded her first career triple against St. Francis (Pa.) April 15.
• Had two separate four-game hitting streaks during the season.
• Ranked second on the team with 199 putouts and was credited with 18 fielding assists.
• Threw out seven attempted base stealers.
• Had a .991 fielding percentage.

2007
• Played in 46 games for the Griffs, making 43 starts.
• Of her 43 starts, 27 of them were at the designated player sport and eight were behind the plate.
• Hit .222 (28-for-126) with eight doubles, two homers, 16 runs scored and 13 runs batted in.
• Had seven multi-hit games.
• Was named the MAAC Player of the Week March 9, after she hit .455 (5-for-11) with two doubles, two RBIs and a run scored at the Colonial Classic in Washington, D.C.
• Had a career-long six-game hitting streak from Feb. 24-March 9.
• Posted a .967 fielding percentage with 73 putouts and 14 assists.

2006
• Played in 40 games, making 29 starts.
• Hit .151 (14-for-93) with seven runs scored and six runs batted in...
• Picked up her first collegiate hit and RBI with an RBI-single against Norfolk State.
• Had three multi-hit games.
• Was 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts.
• Was credited with 85 putouts and 14 assists to go with a .952 fielding percentage.

• Won three letters in softball at Martin Luther King High School as a catcher.
• Also played golf in high school.
