• Set a new 10k career best at the NCAA Northeast Regional (31:11) in a 92nd place finish.
• Earned All-MAAC honors during a 15th place finish at the MAAC Championships.
• Finished first in the Little Three Championship with a time of 15:48 for his first collegiate victory. |

2012 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Competed in all six races for Canisius.
• Finished seventh and posted a 5k career-best 16:40 at the Little Three Invitational (Aug. 31).
• Posted an 8k career-best 25:34 and finished 19th at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 27).
• Finished 105th and posted a 10k career-best 32:33 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 19).
• Finished 56th at the National Catholic Championship (Sept. 14). |

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Competed at Pittsford-Sutherland for coach Jim Erwin.
• As a senior, placed second in Class B at Section V Championship and fourth in New York State Championship before being named First Team All-County and First Team All-Greater Rochester.
• Also competed in track and field, capturing 2010 and 2011 Sectional Championship in 3200-meter.
• Finished sixth in 3200-meter at New York State Championship.
• Named All-Greater Rochester first-team for 2012 outdoor track and field season.
• Set personal bests in 5K of 15:55, 3200-meter of 9:22, 1600-meter of 4:26, and 800-meter of 1:58. |
