2007: Honored by the 2007 MAAC All Academic Team with a 3.23 GPA...Competed in all five races for the Blue and Gold...Season best time was raced at the University of Albany Invitational with a 28:14.

2006: Raced in all six events for Canisius... Notched his career-best time at the MAAC Championship in Riverdale, N.Y. with a 27:46 and placed 46th... Recorded a time of 29:39 and finished 37th at the UB stampede Invite in Buffalo, N.Y...Posted a time of 37:19 at the Northeast Regionals, which was third best among fellow Griffs.

2005: Competed in all six events in his rookie season... Posted a season-best time of 27:58 in the National catholic Championships in South Bend, Ind... Scored a top-10 finish at the Little Three Championships with his time of 29:02... Crossed the finish line in 28:00 at the MAAC Championships in Riverdale, N.Y., to earn a 40th-place posting.

Before Canisius: Earned nine varsity letters while attending Starpoint High School in cross country(4), track and field(4) and wrestling (1)... Was a cross country first-team all-league selection after his junior and senior seasons... Named cross country MVP in 2004 and track and field MVP in 2005... Was E.C.I.C Division 2 individual league champion and captain of the league championahip team in 2004... Helped Starpoint secure a Section VI Championship in 2003 with a third-place finish... Placed 29th at the NYS Class B Cross Country Championships in 2003... Placed second at the 2004 Section VI Class A Championships... Placed 33rd at NYS Class A Championships in 2004.

Personal: The son of Mark and Sheila Weldon, Justin is majoring in physical education and health at Canisius... Has two younger sisters, Sarah and Cassie.
