2024-25 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed ninth in the Little Three Championships with a time of 19:18.6 (Sept. 6)
• Finished 13th in the Canisius Alumni Classic crossing the line in 18:35.5 (Oct. 19)
• Ran career-best 6k time of 22:06.7 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Placed fifth in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 5:08.44 (Jan. 17)
• Posted a PR in the 3000-meter race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open, crossing the line in 10:21.58 (Jan. 25)
• Ran a 5:12.31 to place fourth in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games (Feb. 15)
• Part of the women’s DMR team that took the silver medal at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22)

2023-24 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 18:29.6
• Posted a career-best 6k time at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:24.8
• Placed second and ran a career best in the 1000 at the Utica Winter Opener crossing the line in 3:07.82
• Garnered a pair of top 10s at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational in the mile and 3000 placing eighth and seventh, respectively
• Finished seventh in the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major with a time of 5:10.88
•Ran a career best mile time at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships placing seventh with a time of 5:06.26
• Was a part of the DMR team that broke the school record at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:52.90

2022-23 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Placed seventh in her collegiate debut at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, crossing the finish line in 19:24.8 (Sept. 3)
• Claimed eighth at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 18:43.6 (Oct. 15)
• Turned in a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter race at the SPIRE Midwest Open, finishing with a time of 10:42.29 (Jan. 21)
• Fashioned a freshman record in the mile race at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, completing the race in 5:16.94 (Jan. 27-28)
• Took third in the 3,000-meter race at the UB Spring Opener, establishing a freshman-record time of 10:26.21 (April 8)
• Established a freshman record in the 1,500-meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic, turning in a time of 4:45.66 (April 14-16)
• Helped the 4x800 meter relay record a program-record time of 9:20.67 at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-14)
• Finished 17th in the 1,500-meter race at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, turning in a time of 4:40.78 (May 12-14)
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Four-year letterwinner in soccer, three-year letter winner in outdoor track and two-year letterwinner in indoor track at Cardinal O’Hara
• Hold school records in 600, 1000, 1500, 3000 meter
• Her senior season saw her place second in the 3000 at the Catholic High School Athletic Association New York Intersectional Championship
• Monsignor Martin Athletic Association First Team in 2020 and 2021
