Laurence O’Neil Invitational. • Set a season-best 5k at the National Catholic Championship with a time of 19:22. |

2011 • SOPHOMORE YEAR • Competed at both the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 3) and the National Catholic Championship (Sept. 16) before missing the rest of the season due to an injury. • In both races, she was one of the Griffs' top-five finishers. |

2010 • FRESHMAN YEAR • Competed in all six races as a freshman, placing in the team's top-five finishes in four of the races. • Was one of seven Griffs to place in the top-11 positions at the Little Three Championships with a sixth-place finish, a 5K career best. • At the Duquense Duals, she placed 31st in her collegiate debut. • Also set a 6K career-best of 23:27 at the MAAC Championships, finishing in 44th place. |

BEFORE CANISIUS • A five-year letterwinner at Alden for coach Ed Carll. • Named All-WNY 8th Grade Runner of the Year in 2005. • Also named the All-Western New York Freshman and Sophomore Runner of the Year in 2006 and 2007, respectively. • Selected All-WNY First Team in five consecutive years spanning from 2005 to 2009. • Earned the Alden High School Letterman Award three years in a row starting in 2007 through 2009. • Was named to the All-State First Team in 2006 and 2007 and the All-State second team in 2005, 2008 and 2009. • Selected to the Milesplit US First Team Elite in 2007 and 2008. • Earned 2nd place finishes at the Section VI championships in 2006, 2008, and 2009. |
